EFP was founded in 2006 by Douglas McCall.  He combines his wide range of hands-on professional experience with his Professional Engineering (PE) license in Mechanical Engineering, with his core discipline in fluid systems/process systems engineering for both non-compressible and compressible fluids. With more than twenty years of engineering expertise, Douglas holds a Bachelors of Science degree in mechanical engineering from top-ranking University of Florida. 

Douglas is a committed Christian believer, and enjoys all things outdoors, especially sailing, SCUBA diving, camping, and fishing.
